What to do in Warsaw?
The Old Town
It is lively tourist center with many cafes and restaurant. A walk through the old town is a must or any visit to the city. We will find there a historic architecture, mostly 17th and 18th centuries, rebuilt after World War II. The Old Town has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The Royal Castle
The Baroque-Classicist Royal Castle double as museum and representative building. Originally the residence of the dukes of Mazovia and from 16th century the headquarters of the authorities of the First Republic: the king and the Sejm - the lower chamber of the Polish parliament.
The Warsaw Grand Theater
A magnificent 19th century building - the seat of the Grand Theater, the National Opera and the Polish National Theater. The rich repertoire on the highest world level surely will interest every culture lover.
The Royal Łazienki
A palace and garden complex founded in the 18th century by Stanisław August Poniatowski. This extensive park is a favourite place of Warsaw residents for long walks, where you can rest from the hustle and bustle of the city amid beautiful nature and architecture. If you are visiting Warsaw during summer be sure to take part in one of the famous Chopin Concerts, which take place form May to September every Sunday.
The Palace of Culture and Science
It is the highest and the most recognizable building in Warsaw. Currently there are theatres, cinemas, museums, trendy pubs and main Warsaw Tourist Information Point. Be sure to go to the observation deck on the 30th floor and see wonderful panorama of the city from a height of 114 meters.
The Palace in Wilanów
The Palace in Wilanów is a baroque pearl of Warsaw. The residence was built at the end of the 17th century for King Jan III Sobieski. During winter Wilanów invites guests to the Royal Garden of Light.
The Museum of Warsaw Uprising
Special place which helps understand contemporary Warsaw. This interactive museum commemorates the largest underground military action in Germany-occupied Europe during World War II - The 1944 Uprising. The multimedia exposition reflects the atmosphere of the insurgent Warsaw showing not only 63 days of military history and the everyday life of civilians, but also describes the post-war communist terror.
The Copernicus Science Center
Real paradise for science lovers, not only children! Here you can discover the secrets of nature, conduct experiments on your own and have a great time.
The Vistula River
The several-kilometer-long riverside promenade is a great place for a walk, a bike ride, as well as crazy fun in one of the seasonal clubs. During summer, you can go swimming on the Vistula. You can choose from, among others, comfortable ships for a dozen or so people, motor boats, ferries or kayaks. 
The Warsaw Zoo
Located in the Praga-Północ district, the Warsaw Zoo was established in 1928. Currently, it is inhabited by over 500 different species, a total of about 3.5 thousand animals.
The Praga district
Prague has been culturally, ethnically and religiously diverse over the centuries. As it was not damaged during World War II, it is considered the most authentic part of the city.
The National Museum
The museum contains a great collection of paintings, sculptures and crafts from all eras, from antiquity to the present day. Masterpieces of Polish and world art are presented in thematic galleries.
The Museum of the history of Polish Jews POLIN
An unusual museum in a unique location. A thousand years of history told in a symbolic place in the center of Warsaw - in a pre-war district inhabited mainly by Jews, and during the war transformed into a ghetto by the Germans. The museum brings back the memory of their rich culture and heritage.
